By using this website, purchasing a product, downloading a digital item, or booking services with End Everything Studios, you agree to the terms below.

Products And Orders

Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. Colors and presentation may vary slightly due to screens, print production, materials, or handmade variations.

Orders may be refused or cancelled if pricing, availability, payment, or fulfillment issues occur. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded as appropriate.

Shipping

Physical products are prepared for standard shipping within 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated directly. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and destination.

Digital Products

Digital products are provided electronically when stated in the product listing or order confirmation. Digital content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used outside the license or purpose described at purchase.

Photography Services

Photography bookings may require a deposit to reserve the scheduled date and time. Photography deposits are refundable when cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Deposits are forfeited when cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot or when the client does not appear.

Web And App Services

Web or application development deposits apply toward the first project milestone. For smaller projects, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, payment stages, and ownership terms may also be defined in an estimate, invoice, or project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless expressly transferred in writing, End Everything Studios retains rights to original creative work, concepts, code, designs, photography, and artwork, subject to any usage rights granted to the client or purchaser.
