About the shoot
Photographs built around the design of the car
The Z4 gave me a lot to work with visually without needing an elaborate setup. The black body, long hood, low stance, and bright red interior created strong contrast, especially with the roof down.
I photographed the car around the Tucson foothills with a mix of wider profiles, front and rear three-quarter views, lower angles, interior photographs, and tighter details. I also photographed it with the hardtop both raised and lowered so the set showed the car in both forms.
