Project Overview

Citizen Concierge needed to make a complicated document-preparation process feel understandable. Customers were not purchasing a conventional product or filling out a single contact form; they were working through a guided process where questions, required information, packages, generated documents, and delivery could change depending on their circumstances.

Sher Agency supplied the Figma design direction. Michael Munoz translated those designs into the complete working WordPress experience using a custom template and extended the visual system across public pages, application screens, account states, conditional flows, package selection, payment, and document delivery.

This design/build case study focuses on the visible customer journey. The ASPX-to-PHP migration, conditional architecture, data mapping, PDF generation, and payment-verification logic should remain a separate technical deep dive.

The Challenge

A Figma design can define the intended appearance of important screens. A working application has to solve everything between those screens: conditional customer paths, long sessions, returning users, package decisions, payment states, generated documents, and responsive behavior.
