Returns / Refunds Policy
Physical Prints And Products
Refunds may be issued for eligible physical prints or products. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is required because an incorrect or damaged item was received.
Returned items must be inspected before a refund is approved. Items returned damaged, altered, used, or in a condition different from delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact End Everything Studios promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue so a replacement or appropriate resolution can be reviewed.
Photography Deposits
Photography deposits are refundable when cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the shoot, or the client does not appear, the deposit is forfeited.
Web And App Development Deposits
Web and application development deposits are applied to the first project milestone. For small projects, deposits become non-refundable once work begins.
Digital Products
Please confirm the intended digital-product refund rule before publishing this section. A policy is needed for downloads or licensed digital artwork once access has been delivered.

To request a return or refund, email info@endeverythingstudios.com with your order number, item details, reason for the request, and any supporting photographs.
