Arte Bella on Fourth Avenue in Tucson commissioned a colorful menu shoot covering Mexican-fusion dishes, vegan options, desserts, and food created for its restaurant and 420-friendly art space.

The menu moved comfortably between familiar Tucson flavors and playful combinations. Birria appeared in tacos and ramen, tofu became a fresh ceviche, and dishes such as elote, pozole rojo, a Sonoran hot dog, roasted chicken, fritters, and churro ice cream gave the finished collection a broad visual range.
